BARB CAGLEY - President

Barb Cagley is the President of Mobile App Roadmap, a mobile customer engagement strategy firm. As a trained graphic designer she spent 20 years designing award winning graphic design projects. In1987, as part of the CompuServe team, she started integrating technology into marketing and communication vehicles. With this background in design, marketing and technology Barb’s first start-up was a web design and development firm. Now, after 15 years of website development Barb’s new venture focuses on mobile strategy consulting and mobile apps.

Barb is also the President of EXP. EXP is a mobile app firm that created the Experience App. This app connects customers, members and neighbors to your organzation using smart phones and tablers. 

Barb has won numerous professional and personal achievement awards. In 2010 she won the National Association of Women Business Owners, Cleveland Top10 Business Award, received the Northern Ohio Live Rainmaker Award in the Entrepreneurship category in 2008 and was a finalist for the national award, Enterprising Women of the Year.

Barb finds that volunteer work is as fun as it is personally and professionally fulfilling. She is Past President for National Association of Women Business Owners - Cleveland; served three terms for the American Diabetes Association Cleveland Leadership Board; served the 2010-11 Entrepreneurs Organization board and is a contributing editor to COSE’s Mindspring social media website. She is also an active member of John Carroll’s Entrepreneurs Association. Her and her husband, Tom, call Avon Lake home.

Douglas Craver is currently President, Startup & Launch Strategist of LaunchTribe LLC, his latest venture and holding company for agile projects and collaborations which he launched in November 2009. True to its tagline: “We like to launch things...like agile applications, startups and learning communities.”, LaunchTribe has numerous projects underway including StartupAgile and SocialMedia2Scale.

Doug also has interests in and advises Knotice LTD, the 8th fastest growing company in Northeast Ohio, and Mobile Defense, Inc., the top Android Security App in the world for Consumer and Enterprise. He gives back through his work for One Revolution and Adapative Spirit.

With over 20 years of startup experience, starting his first company at the age of 25, he is a tech marketing, social media and operations action strategist and startup launch craftsman, entrepreneur, investor, writer, huge Hammond B3 Organ fan - and any musician who can master one - and a great cook (friends say he can, “throw it down”) based in Northeast Ohio.
